Portugal

Exchanges and returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the piece and communicated by email online@bohome.pt. 

All labels must be kept and the piece cannot reveal signs of use, otherwise the exchange/return will not be accepted.

The first exchange  it is free, it is our responsibility to collect the part for exchange and deliver the new part, in case it is 2nd or more  has an associated cost of 10€  collect and deliver the new part. 

In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for sending the part he wants to return to our facilities, if he prefers to have the part collected by our carrier, a fee of €10 will be deducted from the return.

In case of return by MB we will need an IBAN to proceed with the refund, payments by paypal or visa returns are by the same route, payments by Klarna refunds are made by bank transfer, removing the processing fee from the credit 5% .

If you have paid postage and opt for a return, this amount is non-refundable.

Refunds can take between  5-8 working days after receiving the part.
