Free shipping on orders above 80€, below that value shipping cost 6€.

Your order is shipped, usually 24H/48H after payment, on Sales Period shipping might take longer, usually 3/4 working days.

Shipment is made by Nacex and Dpd.

 

Shipments are made within 48 hours of receipt of payment, except in times of sales or promotions that may take 4 working days.

When the order is shipped, you will receive an email with a notice and registration number to accompany the delivery. 

Europe

 

Shipping is free on orders over 100€, below that plus 7€ shipping.

Portugal

Exchanges and returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the item and communicated by email online@bohome.pt. 

All labels must be kept and the piece must not reveal signs of use, otherwise the exchange/return will not be accepted.

The first exchange is free, we are responsible for collecting the part for exchange and delivering the new part, if it is the 2nd or more, there is an associated cost of €10 for collecting and delivering the new part. 

During sales or promotions, the exchange to be made by us with collection and delivery of the new item has an extra cost of €10, or it can be sent by the customer via CTT and sending the item for exchange will cost €5. €.

In case of return, it is the customer's responsibility to send the part they want to return to our facilities. Please send the order to us via registered mail so that we can track it, as we are not responsible if the customer chooses the cheapest courier and the order gets lost along the way.

SIf you prefer to collect the part by our carrier, a fee of €10 will be deducted upon return.

In case of a return via MB, we will need an IBAN to proceed with the refund, payments by PayPal or Visa, returns are made using the same method, payments via Klarna, refunds are made by bank transfer, removing the 5% credit handling fee.

If you have paid shipping and choose to return this amount is non-refundable.

Refunds may take between  5-8 business days after receipt of the part.
