Shipping costs are available on orders over €80, below that €7 shipping costs will be added.

Shipments are normally made within 48H/72H after payment, during sales or campaigns it can take up to 4 working days.

Exchanges and Returns

Portugal

Exchanges and returns must be made within 14 days after receiving the item (the 14 days are consecutive and counts the date on which it arrives at our facilities) must always be communicated by email online@bohome.pt to ensure that it is within the term.

All labels must be kept and the piece must not reveal signs of use, otherwise the exchange/return will not be accepted.

The first exchange is free, we are responsible for collecting the part for exchange and delivering the new part, if it is the 2nd or more, there is an associated cost of €12 for collecting and delivering the new part. 

During sales or promotions, the exchange to be made by us with collection and delivery of the new item has an extra cost of €12, or it can be sent by the customer via CTT and sending the item for exchange will cost €6. €.

In the case of a return, it is the customer's responsibility to send the item they want to return to our facilities. We advise you to send the order to us via registered mail so that we can track it, as we are not responsible if the customer chooses the cheapest courier and the order gets lost along the way.

Sif you prefer to collect the part by our carrier, a fee of €12 will be deducted upon return.

The refund can be made for a voucher valid for one year to be used.

In case of return by MB we will need an IBAN to proceed with the refund, payments by paypal or visa and klarna returns are made using the same method, payments by Klarna the 5% credit handling fee is removed, paypal and visa is removed the 2% fee charged for the transaction.

If you have paid shipping and choose to return this amount is non-refundable.

Refunds by bank transfer may take up to 15 working days after receipt of the item.

Refunds by credit card or paypal may take up to 8 business days after receipt of the item.
