Portugal

 

Exchanges and returns must be made within 14 days after receiving the item (the 14 days are consecutive and count from the date the item is received at our facilities) and must always be communicated by email to online@bohome.pt. 

All tags must be kept and the item must show no signs of use, otherwise the exchange/return will not be accepted.

The first exchange is free*, we cover the collection of the item for exchange and delivery of the new item; for the second or subsequent exchanges, there is a €12 fee for collection and delivery of the new item. *except during sale periods

In case of a return, the customer is responsible for sending the item they want to return to our facilities. We advise that you send the order via registered mail so we can track it, as we are not responsible if the customer chooses the cheapest mail and the order gets lost along the way.

The return can be made as a voucher valid for one year to use.

In case of a return via MB, we will need an IBAN to process the refund; returns for PayPal, Visa, and Klarna payments are made through the same method; Klarna payments have a 5% credit processing fee deducted, PayPal and Visa have a 2% transaction fee deducted.

If you have paid for shipping and choose to return the item, this amount is non-refundable.

Returns/refunds by bank transfer may take up to 14 days after receiving the item.
