When the order is shipped, you will receive an email with a notice and registration number to accompany the delivery. 

Europe

 

Shipping is free on orders over 100€, below that plus 7€ shipping.

Exchanges and returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the part and communicated by email online@bohome.pt. 

All tags must be kept and the piece cannot reveal signs of use, otherwise the exchange/return will not be accepted.

The first exchange is free, it is our responsibility to collect the part for exchange and deliver the new part. In case of return, the customer is responsible for sending the part to be returned to our facilities.

In case of return, you will receive a refund of the value of your purchase minus the shipping costs (5€). Refunds may take 5 working days after receiving the item.
